网友一：I was was diagnosed almost 8 years ago with stage 4 NSCLC ( Tarceva for 3+ years, then Tagrisso for 4+ years) with very minor side effects. I eat really well and do what I can for my immune system/microbiome. I was just at Mayo today and in the room with 2 doctors on my team working on really exciting NIH funded PDL1 research. There’s so much promise in this kind of research and hope for us!

网友二：From what I have seen, people on TKIs like Tagrisso just stay on them as long as they are still working. The longest I have heard of someone on one without progression is a guy on this site, "tnx4asking" who has been on Tarceva for 13 years

I have been so blessed to prove those dates wrong.
