众所周知,肿瘤抗血管生成靶向药物被俗称为“饿死肿瘤细胞”的治疗手段,在肿瘤临床治疗中发挥出卓越的疗效。
如今,越来越多的基础研究和临床试验表明,另一种“饿死肿瘤细胞”的手段——生酮饮食,也能够抑制肿瘤生长[1,2]、延长患者生存[3]、提高患者生活[4],同时增强放化疗敏感性[5,6],生酮饮食有望成为癌症辅助治疗的新选择。
