肝癌，目前瘤体8×10cm

我爸上个月刚被诊断为肝癌，目前瘤体8×10cm，afp80左右，医生认为手术切除有风险，建议做介入治疗，我在坛子里看，有病友做了介入后情况反而恶化，加速转移了，因此很担心。通过前期了解，有一种CAR-T细胞免疫疗法目前在治疗白血病和黑色素瘤上很成功，而目前有一家叫CARSgen的公司正好在做针对肝癌的CAR-T的临床I期试验，因此想问问坛子里的朋友，有没有做过CAR-T疗法的，效果怎么样？特别是针对实体瘤的。或者有没有其他的治疗方案建议啊？（医生说要养肝，不适合用多吉美等靶向药）
